We shouldn’t have even met online through match. I was hesitant to try an online dating site, but a friend convinced me to put up a profile. After many emails and winks, I finally received an email from someone that really caught my eye. He had a great sense of humor and seemed extremely genuine. He didn’t show up in any of my match picks, but that was because his age was one year older than my range that I had picked. He happened to notice my picture in the “New to Match” section.
We went on several dates and really had an awesome connection. He was witty, compassionate and really fun to be around. We have been together a year now and have moved in together. We both had children from previous marriages and I must say that they have blended really well. None of this ever would have happened if I had not signed up for an account. Ron is everything I have ever wanted and every day is a gift from God. We always laugh when we see the Match.com commercials because we know that we never would have found each other if it hadn’t been for the website. We always say that we will tell everyone they should give it a shot.
We are looking forward to a very long and happy life together and love that our children love each other as well. Match.com helped us become the family we always wanted and we are so grateful for that.
